Within India, shipping takes about 3-5 business days. International shipping takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the location. In rare situations, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control. We will keep you updated as necessary.
Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.
International Order: In the case of an order that is to be shipped outside India, the customer has to bear the shipping and handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
Customs Clearance: The Indian Customs Office must clear all shipments of clothes exported from India. Products, along with all necessary documentation, are lodged with an authorized officer of the Indian Customs Office for inspection, examination, and assessment before being sent to your shipping address. As a result, please disregard the statement in the package section that states: “Please do not accept if the package is received open or tampered with.” The package will be sealed with the words “Opened for Customs.”
Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistic partner is Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express & UPS.
NOTE: In the case of overseas orders, the buyer must pay the shipping costs at the time of order placement.
