Refund and Returns Policy

  • Refunds usually take 7–15 Banking Business days to reflect in your account (the days may increase or decrease based on your bank).
  • Return and exchange is not applicable for the reason of Material not satisfied and Colour change.
  • In case of failed transactions where the payment is deducted but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded as per your bank’s policy. Since the payment is not received by us, we are unable to process such refunds manually.
  • Only replacements are provided for damaged or defective products.
  • Please provide us with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
