Returns & Exchange

Parambhara is dedicated to providing complete client satisfaction in terms of the products accessible on our website, security, and customer service. Furthermore, because the fabrics are real and the weaves are delicate, each object must be handled with extreme care. As a result, we can only offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges in exceptional cases.

Returns

  1. Returns will be accepted only in the event of a manufacturing flaw or the shipment of an incorrect item.
  1. Within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipment, send an email to support@parambara.com with your return request. Requests sent after 48 hours of parcel delivery are not eligible for returns.
  2. If you get your order in a package that looks to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you should refuse the box and not open it. Please contact us right away at support@parambhara.com or +91 915-058-0944.
  3. If your goods arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged packing along with the return request as described in step 3.
  1. We will analyze your request and send you a return or exchange permission within 5 working days of receiving it.
  2. After receiving the authorization, the product must be returned in its original packaging to the Parambhara store at the address listed below within 5 days.
  3. The product being returned or exchanged must be in its original, unused condition, with the original bill and tags still attached.
  4. We strive to handle all returns within 7 working days.
  5. You have the option of receiving a complete refund in the form of shop credits or a refund on the original credit or debit card used for payment, in which case return shipping charges and other processing adjustments may apply. Parambara will commence the return process on your original debit or credit card within 7 business days, but we cannot guarantee how long the bank authorities will take.

Exchanges

  1. You may exchange your order only if you did not include tassels and/or fall pico in your request or confirmation.
  2. You will be responsible for any applicable customs and tariffs on both the returned shipment and the exchanged items. Please keep in mind that inbound shipments into India from abroad may be subject to extremely hefty customs duties. These must be borne by the consumer in the event of an exchange.
  3. In the case of international shipments, there will be to-and-fro shipping charges.
  4. All of our clothing is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Fabrics are cut from the whole yardage and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Any opened, unfolded, or tried-on merchandise will not be exchanged.
